David Kaltschmidt 78500062ff Fix exported SVG for SVG viewers 
* `sans-serif` breaks certain SVG viewers
* set single font: Arial (hopefully best choice)
* set absolute width and height
* remove react id attributes (saves 10%)

Fixes #1144
