This dependency makes it harder to see the structure of the program,
and sometimes complicates compilation.
Mostly just changing the source of strings that are already exported
from the report package. A few new strings have to be moved there,
plus the function `IsPauseImageName()`.
* Pass Go context down to Renderers
This is useful for cancellation or tracing.

Also log things like number of nodes in Map, total number of reports.

Follows Weave Cloud's direction of sentence case on most things.

We eliminate the custom parent renderer, which was a very partial
implementation MakeBasicNodeSummary.
We also ensure that parents are always rendered in the same, sensible
order. Previously the order was an alphabetic sort of the parent
topology IDs. Now lower level topologies come before higher level
topologies.

The figure is inaccurate since it counts containers across all
hosts. Getting the count correct is non-trivial, so it's better to not
show the figure at all.
NB: the count still shows up on mouse-over of the link, but that is
defensible and not (very) confusing since the link represents the
image, not the image on a particular host, and it's the same count
that show up as the minor label in the container images view.

- Rename DataType -> Datatype for consisitency
- Remove Datatype from connection.metadata
- Change UI to read dataType from connection.columns rather than from
connection.metadata (col header rather than "cell")
in the details panel, instead of showing connections to/from the
internet as "TheInternet <port>", we now show "<dns-name>(<ip_addr>)
<port>" (or just "<ip_addr> <port>" if we don't have a dns name).

Tricky, because we need the filters to be silent sometimes (when they're
in the middle), but not when they're at the top, so we take the "top"
filter's stats. However, this means we have to compose all
user-specified filters into a single Filter layer, so we can get all
stats.
There are no more Silent filters, as all filters are silent (unless they
are at the top).
Additionally, I clarified some of the filters as their usage/terminology
was inconsistent and confused. Now Filter(IsFoo, ...) *keeps* only nodes
where IsFoo is true.
