Gernot HillierandFlorian BEZANNIER b22cb7ccd2 feat: make preconditioning failure available (in API) 
The preconditioning element has an interesting field called
"failureCause" which reports error conditions like opened doors, battery
low state etc preventing the preconditioning to run. These errors are
interesting, so make them available in our API.

This field was removed in 619cefd4, not sure why, so add it again.

Fixes #760.

Gernot Hillier 4e48aeb63a fix: missing step 1 in config_connect() 
The "Connection to PSA" page was not showing step 1 with the link to
Opel login page due to a type error. As parse_qs() returns a list, we
have to use first element.

Fixes #808

Gernot Hillier 0fc116fbb5 fix: stay with paho-mqtt 1.x due to breaking change in 2.0 
This fixes psacc crashing with:
TypeError: Client.__init__() missing 1 required positional argument: 'callback_api_version'

paho-mqtt 2.0, released on Feb, 10th, requires additional
arguments to mqtt.Client(), see
https://github.com/eclipse/paho.mqtt.python/blob/v2.0.0/docs/migrations.rst.
So stay with 1.x for now.
