Yehuda Chikvashvili 14d73e201e Remove dynamic imports (#335) 
* Remove plugins
Current usage of plugins is not pluggable and includes logging
stuff.
Move this to conf/logging.
* Removed dynamic imports
* Add tests for hunters registration
