Remove Traefik Disclaimer (#1498)

I am not sure what this disclamer relates to?

I asked in the Kubernetes Slack, and no one remembers why this is here,
nor has had any issues.
I cannot find any issues relating to bugs re. Traefik + Helm in the
Traefik repo.

If there is any specific reason for this message being here, it would
be great to get more details so we can resolve any issues upstream.
