- **Deterministic Inventory Dump**: Stored `last_checked` as an `INTEGER` (epoch seconds) instead of a `REAL` in `inventory_manager.py`, normalizing the value on the entry before both the SQL and YAML dump. SQLite's version-specific `REAL`→text float printing previously rewrote ~every row of `inventory.sql` when regenerated outside CI. Verified `load→save` idempotent and byte-identical between local SQLite 3.40.1 and the CI-equivalent `python:3.11` (SQLite 3.46.1).

- **Index Outage (Runaway YouTube Mosaic)**: Fixed `reorganize_mosaic.load_inventory_channels()` selecting channels by `'youtube_mosaic' in entry` (key presence). Because the SQL round-trip materializes that column as an empty dict `{}` on every entry, the filter matched all ~18,647 inventory entries and emitted ~18.6k inline image links on a single line — producing a 4 MB `v2-docs/index.md` (and 2.9 MB `docs/index.md`) that hung both the V1 and V2 index pages. Now only entries with a non-empty `youtube_mosaic` dict and a logo image are rendered (136 curated channels).

- **Curator Date-Parse Hardening**: Guarded the twin `fromisoformat()` call in `agentic_curator.py`'s MVQ-penalty check so a bad date value can't crash a curation batch.

The MVQ compliance check no longer passes `"N/A"` to `datetime.fromisoformat()` or multiplies a `None` star count; the linguistic-tagging check no longer calls `None.lower()` on a null `language` (which had aborted the entire audit). Each mandate now runs in isolation so one bad entry cannot kill the whole report.

- **Dark-Theme CSS Flashes**: Removed `content-visibility: auto` from broad `<ul>`/`<ol>` selectors and `.v2-tag-section` in `v2_elite.css`. On the slate (dark) theme it caused black flashes while scrolling and made link lists below the index mosaic appear collapsed (intrinsic-size mismatch). The tags page already uses collapsed `<details>` for native render-skipping, so the optimization was redundant. Cache-bust bumped to `?v=2.9.2`.
