chore: ignore .junie/ workspace dir

Browse Source 
Communication principles + project conventions now live in CLAUDE.md
(committed in 4c3fedd). The .junie/ dir becomes per-machine tool
config — matches how .claude/ is handled. Any .junie/guidelines.md
present locally should just point at CLAUDE.md.
