Roland Schilter f8412c3204 Rename :orgId to :instanceId in metrics graph url ...

- Renames placeholders `:orgId` to `:instanceId` in
  `--app.metrics-graph`
- Adjusts frontend client to use the provided instanceId by its host
  application (Weave Cloud)
