- Refactor dotted edge logic.
- Change Storage view to show storage components as well as all
the pods.
- Sentence case storage related variables.

This will:
- Add StorageClass resource. Storage classes are mentioned
in the PVC spec. We're using storage class name from PVC spec to
add adjacency to the PVC node.
- Add square sheet shape for StorageClass.
- Add storage filter in the PODS topology.
Storage Filter will allow user to see distinct view of
stateful applications.
- Add visually distinct edge to show storage adjacency.

This will
- Add Kubernetes volume resources such as PV, PVC.
- Add shapes for Kubernetes PV and PVC
- Add `Cylinder` shape for PV and `Dotted Cylinder` shape for PVC.

* Sentence cased text everywhere
Follows Weave Cloud's direction of sentence case on most things.
* More space between sorter caret and label
* Use full topology name for table header
* Refactor: func has already access to probeID
* Allow controls for more k8s topologies
Controls for nodes generally need to know about the probe that is in
control of them.
This PR appends the probe ID info to k8s topologies CronJob, DaemonSet,
Service, and StatefulSet. Therefore allowing plugins to append controls.
* Remove superfluous error check
* Add some tests to verify controls allowance
This prevents cluttering host.LocalNetworks with lots of /32
addresses. These were unsightly and rather distracting in the UI. They
also bloated the report and slowed down server-side rendering.
Fixes#2748.
Most of the time you only care about cronjobs, not the jobs that make them up,
so we only collect full cronjob data. We associate pods of jobs with the parent cronjob
This namely involved importing new libraries and using the new Clientset.
Changes worth mentioning:
* The new kubernetes library doesn't provide StoreToLister wrappers, so now I am going the casting directly.
* Deleting the pods and getting their logs is done in a cleaner way (using the
Clientset instead of the lower-level RESTclient).
Since there are multiple types in the same topology, displaying the type is important.
We do this in multiple places:
* Add node type to minor label
* Add node type as metadata and include in metadata template.
Even though this will always be the same for every node of that topology, this was
the easiest way to add it so it displays in the table view.
Note we can't control ordering of columns in table view, it's always alphabetical.
It is not a singleton anymore. Instead it is an object with a registry
backend. The default registry backend is provided, which is equivalent
to what used to be before. Custom backend can be provided for testing
purposes.
The registry also supports batch operations to remove and add handlers
as an atomic step.
