Xav Paice 40e24bfe5b refactor(collect): replace go.podman.io/image with go-containerregistry 
Use name.ParseReference and remote.Head for manifest existence checks.
Auth uses authn.Basic; 404 classifies as not found via transport.Error.

go mod tidy removes go.podman.io/image and the docker/docker chain.
