* rename root fs check

* speed up docker build

* refactor webhook to be more generic

* delete controllers pkg

* revert deploy

* fix example config

* remove controllersToScan config

* fix lint error

* fix webhook name

* FileSystem -> Filesystem

* update deps

* skip node owners

* clean up meta tracking
