cbce243d57 generate model names via gen_openapi to fix 'kubectl explain' 
Also fixes some kubectl client-side validation errors, which also uses
the generated openapi docs served by Pinniped.

a038aeb8f0 adjust test code to allow for using Okta LDAP in integration tests 
- Okta LDAP requires using a different groups search filter.
- It also does not support posix groups, so make that expected
  value optional.
