Zheng Xi Zhou 37a523cbf7 Fix: not steady unit test (#3293) ...

The UT `TestGetOpenAPISchemaFromTerraformComponentDefinition` won't
succeed 100%. The required variables in the generated isn't in the expected
order all the time.
