This tester used to launch passive-tapper locally without Docker or Kuberenetes environment.

Its good for testing purposes.

How to run

From the tap folder run: ./tester/launch.sh

The tester gets the same arguments the passive_tapper gets, run with --help to get a complete list of options. ./tester/launch.sh --help
