This change makes the autofix handler use the newline separator defined in the fixed file for writing its changes.
This change re-organizes the test cases for inserts performed by the autofixing feature.
This change: - Changes test data naming convention to be lexicographically sortable and have input and expected data side-by-side. - Executes each test case in a separate run.
