* [stable/linkerd] Updated to last stable linkerd version and added more configuration options like optional ingress for the admin ui and a linkerd configuration that can be configured through a configuration value. * Updated to latest linkerd version and also fixed error in values - Updated to linkerd 0.9.1 - Updated default linkerd configuration to current syntax - moved default configuration back to the ConfigMap - Added chart parameter to override the default configuration if needed * [stable/linkerd] bumped minor version * Bump chart minor version
