* [stable/external-dns] Add support for creating Azure secret
This commit allows Azure users to only use chart values when deploying
external-dns with azure provider.
Similar to AWS credentials, it adds helper template for azure.json file,
appropriate new values and logic.
azure.secretName is always preferred over new values to keep backward
compatibility. if azure.secretName is not set and new values are not
satisfied, template will fallback to hosts /etc/kubernetes/azure.json
file.
Also fixed table formatting in README.md

* CHANGE gangway.certData and .keyData to ssl. Bump minor (see msg)
certData and keyData aren't parameters that can be configured in gangway,
so it's confusing that they're configured under the gangway-key and
passed in the configmap,
They should just be under "some" tls-key.
Minor is bumped since the chart is still in version < 1.0, so it
should be considered unstable and changing.
