Adnan Abdulhussein 4950785264 Use requirements.yaml to define dependencies (#136) 
* Use requirements.yaml to define dependencies

Updates incubator/patroni, stable/redmine, stable/wordpress,
and stable/drupal to vendor dependencies using Helm's built-in
dependency management.

* bump patroni version

* remove vendored dependencies

* Add chart tarballs to gitignore

* ci: update scripts to fetch dependencies

* patroni: fix reference to namespace

Adnan Abdulhussein 0c7a69cfc1 Reduce pod template labels to minimum (#118) 
The pod template labels are used as selectors for the deployment, so
they should be the minimal required to uniquely select the
ReplicaSets/Pods. See https://github.com/kubernetes/helm/issues/1390 for
more info about this change.
