Ravi Mehra 9267d7c8ef [stable/postgresql] Fix volume's hidden directories from crashing initdb (#416) 
* Fixes #415
* Use volumeMount subPath feature to accomplish same goal.  Removed obseleted init-container to remove lost-found directory.
* Bumped version to 1.0.0.  Made persistence.subPath configurable.  Added a note in README for users wanting to upgrade.
* Updated persistence readme wording

Greg Taylor 30d8aa2c4a Parameterize postgres chart's imagePullPolicy. 
Also adjust the default to be IfNotPresent (Kubernetes default)
instead of Always.
