I was getting this error if I tried to customize `nodeExporter.service.hostPort`:
```
Error: DaemonSet.apps "prometheus-node-exporter" is invalid: spec.template.spec.containers[0].ports[0].containerPort: Invalid value: 9100: must match `hostPort` when `hostNetwork` is true
```
If `hostNetwork` is true, the `containerPort` must always be the same as the `hostPort`.
This also means that the service ports and the port exported by the process must match.

Since enableMeshPeer is false by default, cluster.listen-address should be empty.
Commit 5b4f507 caused regression and it is passing string as a parameter which is wrong. Documentation https://github.com/prometheus/alertmanager/blob/master/README.md#high-availability explicitly says cluster listen address should be defined like --cluster.listen-address= without passing emptry string.

When strategy.type is set to `Recreate`, the `rollingUpdate`
property is set to `null`. This fixes the indentation of the
`rollingUpdate` property, which was off by 2.

Remove no longer used remenants of vendored ksm service. Specify in
values file that `kube-state-metrics` is the top value to configure the
sub-chart, not `kubeStateMetrics` which is simply to enable or
disable the dependency.

This change makes the annotations for service accounts configurable.
This change is useful when you need to set specific annotations to
service accounts, for example when using IAM Roles for service accounts
in AWS EKS.

This change improves handling of deployment strategy parameters:
1) Improve documentation on strategy parameters.
2) Document & use alertmanager.strategy.type, which was present in
values.yaml but unused. Alertmanager was previous using server.strategy
3) Set strategy.rollingUpdate to null when strategy.type is 'Recreate'.
This is necessary to prevent the following error on an upgrade
switching the strategy type from 'RollingUpdate' to 'Recreate':

* prometheus.io/scrape-slow for scraping slow target
Background
==========
Some users require scraping slow targets --
such as [elasticsearch-exporter](https://github.com/helm/charts/tree/master/stable/elasticsearch-exporter))
-- with a larger timeout and larger interval. Globally changing the
scrape interval and timeout is unsatisfactory, since this would reduce
sampling rates for targets that are fast. A [Prometheus
feature](https://github.com/prometheus/prometheus/issues/2353) was
proposed to set the scraping timeout and interval via annotations.
However, this would require considerable re-engineering, since scrape
timeout and interval is a per-job configuration and not a per-target
one.
Approach
========
This PR proposed the `prometheus.io/scrape-slow` annotation for scraping
endpoints that are considerably slower, i.e., with an interval of 5
minutes and a timeout of 30 seconds. Other annotations are identical to
the `prometheus.io/scrape` annotation what users are already familiar
with.
