Refactor card generation to use Jinja templates
This makes the card generation process a bit easier to customize.
A few issues with Chrome page breaks were also fixed.

Replace settings.yaml with <settings/somefile.yaml> in the documentation, as per @jpetazzo request; add entrypoint to Dockerfile; remove symlink and path manipulation from Dockerfile.

Complete rewrite of deployment process
The former VM deployment process relied on extra scripts
located in a (private) repo. The new process is standalone.
