- Implemented manual sys.stdout.flush() in log_event.
- Enabled flush=True for all print statements in the logger.
- Set PYTHONUNBUFFERED: '1' in the V2 Builder workflow environment.
- These changes ensure immediate log delivery and reduce GHA agent stuttering.
