- Remove Docker ecosystem (no Dockerfile present)
- Remove deprecated options (prefix-development, pull-request-branch-name)
- Simplify group configurations by removing redundant update-types
- Keep essential Go modules and GitHub Actions management
- Ensure proper review assignments and commit prefixes
